Do you like archery? Do you like to write? Would you like to earn $50? If you answered yes to all of the above, Archery Report needs you! The best user submitted article or review, as voted on by Archery Report readers, will earn themselves $50 along with fame and fortune! Well, a little bit of fame and fifty bucks worth of fortune that is.
Here is how it works:
- Submit an article or product review dealing with archery and/or bowhunting. Email them to mike@archeryreport.com with “Archery Report article contest” or similar in the subject.
- I reserve the right to accept or reject all articles based on their appropriateness for Archery Report. Opinion articles are welcome even if they differ from my opinion, as long as they are well thought out and presented.
- If your article is rejected because of lack of content, poor formatting or other issues that can be corrected, I will work with you to make the article ready for publication.
- All submitted articles become property of Archery Report.
- Photographs and other graphics are highly encouraged. If you submit these, please make sure they are high-resolution and large. I will take care of sizing them to fit the website format properly.
- All user submitted articles will be clearly marked as such, along with a byline for the author and link to their website if they have one.
- After the two month submission period, I will pick the best pieces and put them up for a vote. The voting period will be for two weeks, after which the winner will be mailed their victory check.
That’s pretty much it! The idea is to give you, the readers, a chance to put your best work out to be seen by over 100k viewers per month and to have a little fun while doing so. Archery Report also benefits from the added material and every reader of the site gets more to read.
