On October 3rd 2011, PSE posted information on their new 2012 bow line.  There are a handful of newcomers and improvements to some old favorites.  The most notable changes to the line are the new Evo 7 and a bow called the Stiletto for the ladies.  There are also additions to the Bow Madness series, a new “Freak” for people with NBA style wingspans and the super short Revenge.

Highlights of the 2012 PSE Archery bow line

The fastest production bow on the market, the Omen Pro, is virtually unchanged since last year.  The Evo series continues with an updated version of last year’s Dream Season Evo and adds to the line with the Evo 7 (7″ brace height) and the Evo SD (short draw.)  All of the Axe series got the axe (sorry, I couldn’t resist the pun!)  Vendettas are still around with the XL being replaced with a slightly shorter version called the DC, and the XS is now gone, but apparently replaced with the all new Revenge.  Completely new to the line are the Stiletto for the women and the Freak for those with long draw lengths out to 33″.

For target bows, the Dominator Pro is no longer available in a single came but returns in the hybrid cam only version.  The Money Maker apparently went bankrupt an is no longer available (people against ugly bows rejoice!) and the Supra returns as the Supra ME, using a hybrid cam and not a single cam.

One of last year’s biggest successes was the Bow Madness line, and it returns this year with updated versions of the Bow Madness XL and XS, and the standard Bow Madness is replaced by a slightly longer 3G version.  All of the Bow Madness get a really slick looking updated riser as well.

The Brute and Stinger were both updated and the new Rally was introduced as a high performance bow with a huge draw length range of 18-31″.  Rounding out the line are the Deer Hunter, Chaos One, Chaos FC, Mini Burner, Discovery 2 and the Wave (bowfishing) with the Ranger being cut from the line.
