Tough question!  They are both great stabilizers in their own respects.  I think the Smooth Stability tends to hold the bow a tad steadier *at* the shot because the head does not bend at all, whereas the DISH flexes a bit.  However, I really like how on the DISH you can weight one side heavier than the other to balance out your sight and rest.  You really can&#039;t go wrong with either and I&#039;ve swapped between both for 3D season this year with no adverse effects.</description> <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Travis,<br

I have an Elite Judge 2010 set at 68# and I like to shoot in some 3D tournaments, so which one for the money is the one you would buy?  Any help will do because I am trying to decide what I want to do before the new hunting season.
