Strother Archery being sued by Elite Outdoors LLC

One of these days Kevin Strother might be able to do something without getting sued.  Earlier this year Kevin left Elite (a company he co-founded) but ended up consulting for Elite under Stingray Enterprises Inc.  Eventually Kevin and Stingray quit consulting for Elite and he and his wife Kate started Strother Archery.  This isn’t the first time he’s been sued as there were issues between Elite Archery and Bowtech when Kevin left Bowtech for Elite.  Broken record anyone?  While Kevin may be a great bow designer, maybe he should have been a lawyer instead.
