Antler restrictions or not for New York?


In June the New York DEC ruled against adding additional antler point restrictions (three point per side rule). However, backers of the proposal are pushing forward to institute the restrictions. What do you think?  Are antler restrictions a good thing?

Grahamsville, N.Y. – Antler restriction supporters, stunned by DEC’s decision to scrap a plan to expand those regulations into more wildlife management units, say they’ll continue their efforts to have three-points-a-side regulations enacted.
